THE BOSTON MYCOLOGICAL CLUB Sighting: Apiosporina morbosa in Topsfield, MA

At the Audubon sanctuary in Topsfield, MA, a cherry tree was very infested with Apiosporina morbosa, also known as "Black Knot of Cherry". You can see them as the dark swellilngs all over the brances of the tree below.
